Q. When can I purchase a ticket?
A. Tickets are available for purchase beginning February 1st, up through the day of the event.
Q. Where can I purchase tickets?
A. There are a number of ways to purchase your tickets: through this website using PayPal; by printing out the ticket order form and mailing with a check or money order to COBA c/o Bill Haynes, 21144 Clairaway Ave, Bend, OR 97702; over the telephone by calling us at 541-306-6757 (phone orders M-F 6a-9p, Sa-Su 7a-6p)
Visa or MasterCard can be accepted for website and phone orders only. Mail-in orders should only be check or money order - please do not send cash! Tickets will also be available at the door the day of the show, for Cash or Check only.
You may also purchase tickets using cash, credit card, or check at the Fusion Fitness/Sports Supplements location in Bend, OR (business phone 541-306-6757).
Q. Is there a service charge added to the ticket price?
A. No, we do not charge a service charge per ticket, and no mailing charge.
Q. When will I receive my ticket order?
A. For all purchases received prior to the deadline indicated on the Event Tickets page, tickets will be mailed the day following your website/ telephone order, or the day following our receipt of your mail-in order. In-store purchases will receive tickets at that time. Website, telephone and mail-in orders received after the posted deadline will be available for pick-up at Will Call on the day of the show.
Q. How is the seating arranged?
A. Our seating is traditional auditorium seating. First come, first served. There is not a “bad seat” in the house, as all seats have a good view of the stage.
The auditorium and facilities are ADA compliant. Special access is available for wheelchairs and those with mobility issues.
Q. I am competing, do I need a ticket?
A. As a competitor, you are not required to have a ticket to enter the doors. However, please keep in mind that we will continue to sell tickets until the auditorium is sold out. Competitors sitting in the auditorium who do not have tickets will be asked to move, to allow those with tickets to sit.
We usually suggest that Bodybuilders buy a seat with their guests, so they may enjoy the show with friends, rather than backstage! Figure and Fitness Competitors, on the other hand, are typically kept very busy back stage and may not benefit from the purchase of a ticket.
Q. Can Children/Minors attend this Event?
A. Yes! Guests of any age are welcome, however every guest must purchase a ticket. We sincerely discourage parents from bringing babies and very small children to this Event. It is not fair to expect your children to sit still and watch a long event, as their attention spans are just too short. Generally children above 10 years are able to appreciate and understand what this show is all about.
Q. How close to the Event date can I still call and get tickets?
A. Tickets go on sale February 1st.PayPal purchases will be available until 12:00PM the day before the Event (unless posted otherwise - see Event Tickets page for additional info). Try to have mail-in orders sent by the deadline posted on the Event Tickets page, to be sure we get your order in time. After this deadline, tickets may be purchased in person, inside Fusion Fitness/Sport Supplements, or at the door on the day of the show. Please remember, there are a limited number of seats, therefore we only sell a limited number of tickets. To ensure ticket availability, it is advisable to purchase your tickets sooner rather than later.
Q. Can you hold tickets in WILL CALL for me?
A. Yes. Mail-in and Pay-Pal ticket orders received after the deadline posted on the Event Tickets page will be available at Will Call on the day of the event. Please note, there is only one ticket booth at the Event Location. Long lines and waits at the event are possible, so we urge you to purchase your tickets well in advance.
Q. What happens if I purchased tickets and I find out that I cannot attend the Event, can I receive a refund?
A. There are no refunds or exchanges. This is following the protocol of other such Events, Concerts or Sporting Events. Once you purchase a ticket ALL SALES ARE FINAL. If you are not certain you will attend, contact us closer to the Event Date to check availability, or purchase your tickets at the door.
** We understand that "life happens" sometimes. If you find yourself with tickets, but are unable to attend the Event, consider selling your tickets to someone at your Gym or Health Club. Also remember, this is a charity event to support Special Olympics. Whether you attend or not, you will be doing something good for your community!**
Q. What happens if I forget or lose my tickets?
A. Lost, misplaced, forgotten, or stolen tickets will not be replaced. Please do not ask us to do so. This is standard policy for most ticket-entry events. Admission to the event will not be permitted without a ticket. We also are subject to ticketing fraud and are firm on our policy!
** Please keep your tickets in a safe place, and make sure they are in your hand when you drive away from home.**
